Our core competence lies in using the Stan fetal and maternal monitor to perform evidence-based ST analysis of the fetal ECG as an adjunct to CTG, “a second pair of eyes” during childbirth. We are also the provider of disposable fetal scalp electrodes for internal fetal monitoring under the brand Goldtrace. Another important area of business is a comprehensive education and training program, Neoventa Academy, which includes e-learning with certification.
We are now looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who wants to play a key role in shaping and scaling our operations while contributing to the company’s overall direction and culture.
As COO, you will lead Neoventa’s operational functions with a strategic and holistic perspective, ensuring efficient, compliant and high-quality operations in a regulated environment. You will be part of the executive leadership team and have a strong influence on how we grow, improve and deliver on our mission.
Key responsibilities
Define and execute operational strategy aligned with company goals
Manage the operations functions, supply chain, order, logistics, warehouse and tech support
Ensure strong performance through KPI follow-up and continuous improvement
Manage operational budget, resources and capacity planning
Ensure compliance with QMS, ISO standards and regulatory requirements
Manage initiatives and operational development projects
Build a strong, collaborative and high-performing operational organization

You are goal-oriented, pragmatic and comfortable making decisions in challenging situations, while acting as a role model for the company’s values and ethical standards.
We believe you have:
A university degree (Bachelor or higher) in a relevant field
At least 5 years’ experience leading operations in medtech or other regulated industries
Experience managing supply chain, logistics, production/assembly and order-to-cash
Strong skills in KPI management and continuous improvement
Experience from small- medium size international business environments
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Strong digital and analytical skills
